We were engaged to restore and revive this single-level Victorian Terrace home in collaboration with the team at The Melbourne Chippy. With its charming bones and original features, this project was a pure delight. The home was in desperate need of attention so ensuring we created light and inviting spaces was a priority.

Being an investment property for our clients we didn’t want to over-capitalize but still wanted to ⁣ensure the Victorian charm of the home remained, bringing life back to the original features while creating a fresh contrast with new sleek and modern finishes.

The kitchen and laundry spaces were opened up to create one large central hub, with a generously sized island bench doubling as a dining area.

In the bathroom an oversized skylight was added to give the internal room some much-needed natural light, creating a spacious and inviting family-sized bathroom with ample and functional storage.
