Essendon Dwelling I

Introducing Dwelling 1 of our Essendon duplex project, a labour of love for both us and our clients. Built for two brothers and their families meant that these two custom homes have their own personality, style and functional requirements throughout while sitting seamlessly on the one block.

Dwelling 1 was inspired by a traditional Hamptons theme with a strong monochrome palette. This allowed for the clients’ personal colourful style to contrast and make a statement against the base features of the home, ensuring there was a balance between homely comfort and striking details. This modern home is the perfect mix of classic charm, luxury materials and contemporary flair. The striking colour combination of blues, whites and marble is effortlessly timeless. Construction was completed by Gaffney Constructions.
